Please be aware that Goa Vacay Homes, owned by Calvin's Hospitality and Property Management, has two distinct policies, namely the Standard and Strict Cancellation Policies, designed to safeguard the interests of both Guests and Homeowners. It is essential to thoroughly ascertain which Policy applies to your chosen accommodation.
30 Days Cancellation Policy
- More than 30 days prior to the check-in date: A 100% refund of the advance payment is applicable.
- Within 30 days prior to the check-in date: No refund or modification is possible.
STRICT POLICY
For Reservations on Diwali, Holi, 22nd December to 2nd January, and long weekends.
Non-Refundable & Non-Amendable Cancellation Policy
Anytime after the Reservation is made: No refund or modification is possible.
Refund for Extra Guests:
Should there be any adjustments to your group size, the reimbursement of extra bedding charges can be facilitated if communicated to Goa Vacay Homes at least 3 days prior to the scheduled check-in date. A nominal 5% processing fee will be deducted from all refund transactions. Kindly note that no refunds for extra bedding charges will be processed if the notification is made within 3 days prior to check-in or after check-in.
Cancellation by Goa Vacay Homes:
In cases where the cancellation is initiated by Goa Vacay Homes, owned by Calvin's Hospitality and Property Management, the following alternatives will be made available:
Goa Vacay Homes reserves the right to cancel a booking.
Provision of an alternative, similar Home/Villa/Apartment.
Issuance of Travel Credit (with a validity of 6 months from the date of issuance) equivalent to the full amount paid, which can be utilized for future bookings.
Offering a complete refund for the total amount paid. The refund will be processed within
working days from the date of cancellation.
Reschedule Policy
- Goa Vacay Homes allows rescheduling up to 15 days before the Date of Check-In, subject to a Rescheduling Charge and applicable taxes.
- If the tariff on the rescheduled dates exceeds the original booking's tariffs, the difference, along with the Rescheduling Charge and applicable GST, will be payable.
- Please be aware that rescheduling charges may apply each time a booking is rescheduled.
Relocation Policy:
Please take note that the relocation to another accommodation is not permitted once a booking is confirmed.
Early Check-in and Late Check-out Policy:
- Our standard check-in time is 1 pm, and the standard check-out time is 10 am. We are delighted to offer a complimentary early check-in by 2 hours if there are no prior bookings at the villa for the previous night, subject to availability. For early check-ins earlier than 10:00 am, charges apply, amounting to 20% of the tariff for that night.
- A complimentary late check-out by 2 hours may be granted if there are no bookings at the villa on the day of your departure. Confirmation will be provided by 9 am on your checkout date. For extended checkouts (post 10:00 am), charges apply. The rate for a late check-out until 2 pm is 20% of the tariff for that night, and 40% is charged for late check-outs until 5 pm. Full night charges apply thereafter.
- The decision to offer early check-in or late check-out is at the discretion of Goa Vacay Homes.
Processing Refunds:
- In the event of refunds owed to Guests by Goa Vacay Homes, owned by Calvin's Hospitality and Property Management, the processing will be completed within 7 working days.
- Please take into account a nominal cancellation fee of 5% which is levied to cover payment gateway charges along with minimal processing expenses.
Liability:
- Guests bear full responsibility for any risks associated with their access, use, or stay at any accommodation, participation in experiences or events, or interactions with other individuals, both in person and online, to the extent permitted by law. Goa Vacay Homes and all parties involved in providing the services will not be held liable for any incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages.
- At Goa Vacay Homes properties, inverter or (generator backups at only selective properties) are available in case of electricity failures. However, please note that generator backup is subject to a charge of ₹500 per hour (Selective Properties). It's important to understand that Goa Vacay Homes is not responsible for power outages, and no refunds will be provided for such occurrences.
- Guests are encouraged to exercise caution while swimming, and it is essential for children to be supervised by adults when near the pool. Goa Vacay Homes does not employ lifeguards or provide flotation devices.
- Guests are accountable for the safety of their valuables, and any loss or damage to unattended items is not the responsibility of Goa Vacay Homes.
- Parking is at the vehicle owner's risk, and Goa Vacay Homes is not liable for any accidents or losses related to parking.
- Some Goa Vacay Homes properties are located in close proximity to natural environments, which may result in occasional sightings of insects or pests. Guests are advised to keep doors and windows closed at sunset. Goa Vacay Homes is not responsible for pests, and no refunds will be provided.
- Wi-Fi network fluctuations may occur due to various unforeseen reasons, and Goa Vacay Homes will make efforts to promptly resolve any issues. Please be aware that no refunds will be issued for network disruptions.
BASIC HOUSE RULES:
The following actions are prohibited at Goa Vacay Homes:
- Smoking inside the property (only designated areas such as balconies, terraces, or gardens are allowed), including nicotine, tobacco-derived products, and cannabis-derived substances (including vaping and e-cigarettes). Non-compliance with this rule may result in a fine of INR 2500.
- Hosting DJ Parties or events.
- Exceeding the maximum number of permitted overnight guests.
- Generating excessive noise, especially after 10:30 pm local time.
- Disturbing neighbors or infringing upon their privacy or security.
- Engaging in illegal substances or activities.
- Participating in pornography production or prostitution.
- Possessing dangerous or hazardous items.
- Carrying firearms and other weapons, except those legally possessed by on-duty law enforcement officials or licensed security guards.
- Placing obstructions or unattended items outside the property.
- Making alterations or modifications to the property or its contents.
- Loitering or soliciting around the property or building.
- Undertaking commercial photography, filming, or videography without prior written consent.
- Utilizing the property for purposes other than personal accommodation.
OTHER:
- Goa Vacay Homes maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards discrimination, harassment, racism, or violence. All individuals should be treated with respect and dignity.
- Guests must inform Goa Vacay Homes in advance if they plan to bring pets and must adhere to the pet policy.
- Initial supplies of household consumables and toiletries are provided.
- Linens and kitchenware are provided for use during your stay.
- Guests may utilize only the amenities specified in their booking confirmation.
- Parking instructions must be followed, and guests are responsible for adhering to parking regulations.
- Guests are responsible for their own safety and should comply with fire, health, and safety rules.
- Damage to the property, regardless of its extent, must be reported promptly, as the cost of repairing or replacing damaged items will be deducted from the Security Deposit.
- Please direct all requests and communications to the onsite property management.
- Follow written instructions and house rules provided by Goa Vacay Homes.
- Ensure compliance with Goa Vacay Homes policies.
